{thoughts} discipline

I've been struggling recently. After we had sweet baby boo I gave myself time to adjust to a new pace and rhythm to life. Now we have seem to have the basics down I'm ready for more. I feel static and sluggish. I am ready for the next step forward, to start piecing things back together now, or rather piecing new things together. But I seem to lack one thing: discipline.

How do you practice discipline in your routines? What thoughts get you past all the little excuses and up into the good things you had planned? What have you found that helps you set and keep good routines?
